I am taking a holiday from everything. My phone is off. I have deactivated my social media accounts. My computer is going off after this post. Yes, I am disconnecting for a much-needed break!
Frankly, my face is really hurting from having to make all those Chloe faces at people who just cannot add 2+2, or understand basic science, or have irrational fears, or institute unnecessary policies, or fail basic reading comprehension, or feel it is totally okay to demean others, or think it is just peachy to create “separate but equal” classes of people.
The world has gone totally bananas, and I need to get offline before I start strangling people.
I absolutely plan on coming back to finish the basic primer on the Eucharist and start the basic primer on the Mass. I am hoping to get around to the basic primer on the Sacrament of Penance too, as well as a bunch of other much-needed catechesis.
For today—and for the sake of humanity—I am saying (yelling!), “toodles you floofing nutters!”
